Refund policy

  • We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes online orders do not work out.  BOLD OF YOU will gladly accept returns of fully priced, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise for a store credit (Bold of You Gift Card) within 7 days from the date your order is delivered.  We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must not contain any excessive amount of human or animal hair and must not contain any smoke smell. Items that do not meet these requirements will be subject to denial. Any items that get returned with makeup marks or smears will not receive full credit. 

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

  • Items purchased at a discount of 20% or more and items in a SALE category are FINAL SALE.
  • ** CUSTOMERS ARE ONLY ALLOWED 7 ITEMS TO RETURN A MONTH **

 

  • To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@boldofyou.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to our P.O address (P.O Box 263 Portland, MI 48875). The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your store credit (bold of you giftcard)  If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact customerservice@boldofyou.com within 2 DAYS to inform us of the issue. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be a refunded for a store credit (Bold of You Gift Card). If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at customerservice@boldofyou.com.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

It is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure that they enter the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, contact our customer care via email at customerservice@boldofyou.com. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the carrier directly before contacting us. Please allow 1-3 days for your tracking information to show. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time has passed.
