BOLD OF YOU is NOT responsible for delays with US postal service or UPS shipping. Lost, damaged, or marked delivered items. We are not responsible for any delays caused by our mail carriers and will not refund shipping charges if USPS or UPS does not meet their guaranteed shipping times. Please contact them directly if your items are not delivered on time. Once we drop an item off at USPS, it is out of our control completely. We have no affiliation with USPS and cannot control shipping times or delivery. Please contact USPS for ANY issues. 

We use USPS- Standard Shipping which is calculated and added at checkout depending on the size of your package and the delivery location. Please allow 3-5 for processing before your package is shipped. Once your item is shipped it is typically delivered within 3-5 business days depending on where you are located. If you need upgraded shipping please reach out via customer service email and we will do our best to get it to you in time.
